Cookies are small files that a website can store on your device. This page lists every cookie our website can set, and why.
Essential cookies
We set one essential cookie, which remembers the choice you make on our cookie banner. It’s set whichever option you choose, and holds nothing but that choice. After three months it expires and we ask again.
Analytics cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and whether people find the contact details they need, so we can improve it. These cookies are set only if you choose “Accept all cookies”. If you choose “Essential cookies only”, Google Analytics is never loaded. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and the information it collects is processed by Google.

Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of any page. If you switch to “Essential cookies only”, we delete the Google Analytics cookies straight away. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Call back form
Our call back form does not set any cookies and does not store anything on your device. What we do with the information you give us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Maps
Our maps come from OpenStreetMap, which does not set cookies. If you have accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics records when you open the map, select a home on it or ask for directions, so we can see how helpful the map is.
Other websites
Some pages link to other websites, including the websites of our individual homes. Those sites have their own cookie policies, which we don’t control.
Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
