Who We Are
A Family of Care Homes Across England and Wales
Affinity Care Homes is a group of 12 care homes across England and Wales, bringing together dedicated local teams under one shared commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Each of our homes has its own character, identity and connection to its local community. While day-to-day operations are led by individual Home Managers and their teams, they benefit from the experience, guidance and support of the wider Affinity group.
We believe this balance allows our homes to retain their individuality while working together to maintain consistent standards and continually improve the services we provide.

Our group leadership works closely with local Home Managers and their teams, providing guidance, resources and operational support while allowing each home to maintain its own character and identity.

These relationships include GPs, district nurses, hospitals, local authorities and other specialist healthcare services.
